  • Astronly provides astrological, spiritual, and remedial guidance strictly based on authentic Sanatani principles and traditional Indian methodologies.

2. Wallet System and Payment Policy

  • Our services operate on a prepaid digital wallet system.
  • For every query or consultation processed through our WhatsApp automation, a fixed fee of ₹21 will be automatically deducted from your Astronly wallet balance.
  • Any funds added (topped-up) to the Astronly wallet are strictly non-refundable. They cannot be withdrawn or transferred to a bank account and can only be utilized for consuming services within the Astronly ecosystem.

3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Automation

  • To ensure prompt service and operational efficiency, Astronly utilizes advanced AI and automation systems for initial WhatsApp interactions and query resolutions.
  • These automated systems are strictly trained on traditional Sanatani astrological frameworks to ensure the guidance aligns with our core principles.

4. User Conduct

  • We provide a premium service and expect users to maintain a respectful demeanor.
  • The use of abusive language, spamming, or sharing inappropriate content on our WhatsApp channel or any other communication platform will result in the immediate and permanent block of the user’s account and wallet. No refunds will be issued under such circumstances.

5. Technical Issues and Dispute Resolution

  • In the event of a technical failure where the ₹21 fee is deducted from your wallet but the consultation response is not delivered, users can contact our support team. Upon verification, the deducted amount will be credited back exclusively to the Astronly wallet.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Astronly name, logo, website design, and all provided content are the intellectual property of our company. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes or legal proceedings arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
