1. Service Overview

At Astronly, we provide digital astrological consultations, spiritual reports, and wallet top-up services. Since our services are digital and personalized, our refund policy is governed by the following terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Consultations: You may cancel your booking for a live consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund to your Astronly Wallet.
  • Wallet Top-ups: Once a wallet top-up is successful and the balance is credited, the transaction cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Service Not Rendered: If a technical error occurs and you are charged but the service is not provided or the wallet balance is not updated, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Digital Reports: Since astrological reports are personalized digital products, once the report is generated or sent via Email, it is non-refundable.
  • Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your bank but not received by Astronly (Payment Gateway error), the refund will be processed automatically by your bank within 5-7 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at info@astronly.com with your Transaction ID and registered mobile number.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment (via Razorpay).
  • The refunded amount typically reflects in your bank account within 5 to 7 working days after approval.

5. Wallet Balance

  • Balance added to the Astronly Wallet is intended for use on the platform only and is non-transferable to bank accounts, except in cases of accidental duplicate transactions.
